Please read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and General Terms and Conditions of Use of the JUSTJJEWELS.com website carefully. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE JUST J WEBSITE The purchase of any products offered on JUSTJJEWELS.com website is subject to the present Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions of Sale").

Orders may only be placed on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website by individual consumers and corporations purchasing goods other than for resale. Any resale or distribution of JUST J products purchased on JUSTJJEWELS.com website is strictly prohibited.

JUST J may update these Terms and Conditions of Sale at anytime. You can view the most current version of the General Conditions of Sale at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labeled "Customer Service".

For each order on JUSTJJEWELS.com website, your acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the date of the order will be requested.

Terms of ordering
The JUSTJJEWELS.com website may be used to order a selection of JUST J products from JUST J, directly online via the Internet.

An order can be placed for one or several delivery address. (see "Delivery")

For each product selected on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its coloring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to JUST J for processing (see "Acceptance of"). While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the coloring, design and style of the JUST J products in the photographs displayed on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website are representative of the original products, variations may occur due to the technical restrictions of color reproduction on your computer equipment. Accordingly, JUST J shall not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of JUST J products displayed on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website. If you have any questions about the products, you may of course contact our Customer Service Department (see “Contact Us" or “Customer Service”).

JUST J, reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if JUST J has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent or criminal activity or for any other cause which JUST J deems legitimate.

To ensure the best quality service and product availability, you may not order more than 9 items with the same reference number from the JUSTJJEWELS.com website within a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Availability
Products and prices are valid as seen on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website, subject to availability. Information about the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering.

Exceptionally, amendments may be made, especially in cases of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. If a product is unavailable after ordering, you will be informed by email or by phone as soon as possible. You will then be able to order an alternative from the JUSTJJEWELS.com website or cancel your order.

If you choose to cancel your order, you will be refunded immediately if your charge or credit card has been debited.

JUST J shall not liable for a lack of stock or the unavailability of products.

JUST J reserves the right to change at any time and without any previous notice the items proposed on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website.

Order Confirmation
At the end of the ordering procedure, you are invited to click on the "Pay" push button which will confirm your order.

On confirmation, your order is transmitted to JUST J for processing. Your order cannot then be amended or cancelled except in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale or in provisions provided for within Dutch law. Confirming your order means your acceptance of the whole Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You will receive an order summary.

Any data recorded by the JUSTJJEWELS.com website will establish proof of transactions operated between JUSTJJEWELS and its customers.

In the event of a dispute between JUST J and one of its customers about a transaction made on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website, the data registered by JUST J. Netherlands BV will be considered as irrefutable proof of the content transaction.
Ownership and Title Retention
The ordered products remain the property of JUST J. Netherlands BV as legal and equitable owner and no property in or title to the ordered products shall pass to the customer until full payment for the products has been received by JUST J. In case of a payment problem, you undertake to return the received products to JUST J upon its request.

You assume the risks (in particular the loss, theft or damage) relating to the delivered products from the date of the delivery. Limitation of Liability
JUST J shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the JUSTJJEWELS.com website.

Law - Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of The Netherlands. Any applicability of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded. The language of these Terms and Conditions is English. In the event of a dispute, the Dutch courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court. JUST J shall be entitled to seek and obtain injunctive or other equitable relief to protect its rights hereunder.

Security and Personal Data
The JUSTJJEWELS.com Privacy Policy (see "Privacy Policy") governs the use of any personal information that you agree to provide to JUST J on this website. JUST J may modify or amend the Privacy Policy at anytime as provided in the Privacy Policy. The JUSTJJEWELS.com website is not intended for use by minors under the age of 16.

Intellectual Property
All material on the JUSTJJEWELS.com website (drawings, designs, illustrations, photographs, sound tracks, written text, logos, trademarks...) are the exclusive property of JUST J. Netherlands BV or any of its subsidiaries.
